Join us for our 30-minute Research Café to review the results of Callan’s inaugural 2024 Asset Manager DEI Study. This session will feature Callan’s Michael Joecken interviewing Lauren Mathias, CFA, Callan’s diversity, equity, and belonging (DEB) champion.
Reflecting the input of over 1,200 unique organizations to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) questions in Callan’s proprietary manager database, the study provides a high-level assessment of the degree to which these organizations have established DEI policies and procedures.
