Benefits for you and your family
Dental and vision insurance
Callan pays 100% of your premium and 70% of the premium for spouse/domestic partner and/or eligible dependents.
Life insurance
Callan offers company-paid life insurance equal to three times your annual salary and bonuses, up to $1,000,000.
Flexible spending accounts
You can set aside pre-tax funds annually to pay forhealth care expenses and child/dependent care expenses for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and/or eligible dependents.
Pregnancy and parental leave
In addition to leave provided under federal and state laws, full-time employees are eligible for paid pregnancy leave and paid parental leave.
Medical insurance
Callan pays 100% of the health care premium for benefit-eligible employees who elect the HMO or EPO, or 85% of the PPO. We pay 70% of the premium for spouse/domestic partner and/or eligible dependents.
Professional designations
You are eligible for reimbursement for professional designation-related costs pertaining to your job, including registration fees, enrollment fees, review courses, books, and other study materials.
Mental health days
You are granted two additional sick days to use as mental health days in an effort to relieve stress and burn out so you can rest, relax, and reset.
Charitable donations
We provide financial support to charitable organizations, including those supported by our employees through matching contributions and event sponsorship.
Profit sharing
After one year of employment, you’ll be eligible for a company profit-sharing contribution. These contributions are 100% vested immediately.
Retirement plan
You can contribute to Callan’s401(k) and Roth 401(k) plans the day you start. The company matches your contributions at 25%, and the match is 100% vested immediately.
Tuition reimbursement
Full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for up to $2,500 tuition reimbursement annually for education courses related to their job.
Transit and parking
You may set aside up to $280 pre-tax funds monthly for transit and/or parking.
